Voting is more than a right — it’s a duty. As students, we are not exempt from participating in democracy and creating change, wherever that may be. YOU can make an impact by ensuring every eligible voter casts their ballot (including your own!). Use the resources on this page to ensure your voice is heard.
Get out the vote
BUCD believes in the power of civic action and the might of our realized collective power. Central to our mission is encouraging students to participate in democracy in any and all forms. We understand, however, that trust in public institutions is at an all time low. So many do not see themselves reflected in the two party system and are pessimistic about their choices. This is entirely understandable. We are asking you to organize for Democrats not because they’re perfect, but to ensure there is a political landscape to fight for the causes we all hold dear. Under a Trump-Vance administration, there will be no room for policy debate. Under GOP leadership, theocracy and bigotry will prevail. Electing Democrats is about preserving and improving our institutions to create a more perfect union.
